What’s the gig?

You will be responsible for identifying and managing key advertising channels; you must be successful at understanding where and when the Fracture brand is to be positioned for maximum exposure.  With a firm grasp on our target demographics, you will be responsible for channel level budgeting and forecasting as well as the management of specific vendors working within each channel. Last but not least, you will be expected to report weekly on current media performance, ROAS, and channel trends. 

Reports to: Director of Performance Marketing

  • Embody the values of the Fracture brand through a commitment to the ethical and sustainable use of environmental resources in and out of the workplace.
  • Identify new awareness opportunities and work with our Director of Performance Marketing to set up, configure and execute channel tests.
  • Provide input and key insights for the overall marketing strategy as well as channel level forecasts and budget recommendations.
  • Provide campaign and channel level reports and performance summaries to key stakeholders.
  • ~10% of travel may be necessary to support company-sponsored events, functions, and conferences.
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on the needs of the department, business, and organization and as communicated by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related business discipline.
  • 5 years of work experience in National media planning specifically with digital advertising, TV or podcasts.
  • 3yrs experience with developing, negotiating/purchasing, managing, reporting, analysis and forecasting of media campaigns.
  • Intermediate experience with web analytics platforms.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of linear TV, OTT, Podcasts, Radio or other key offline channels.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of digital advertising channels/platforms and their potential applications.
  • Intermediate experience and proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and Project Management Tools.
  • Requires excellent verbal and written communication, business professional, interpersonal and organizational skills; including an excellent command of the English language.
  • Excellent work ethic with a sense of initiative, urgency, attention to detail, organization and time management/multi-tasking skills to deliver tasks on time.; comfortable in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
  • Works independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects. Acts as project manager for special internal projects; must be a self-motivated and high level of self-accountability to deliver in the role on time and with quality.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization and time management/multi-tasking skills to deliver tasks on time; comfortable in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage, collaborate and deliver multiple projects and deadlines within and across teams.
  • Have a learners mindset and a desire to constantly learn more and sharpen existing skills; continuous professional development.
