Family Fun Inspiration: A Photo Scavenger Hunt

As we continue to stay inside and look for ways to keep our children entertained, the options seem to be getting a little more limited. Keep your kids occupied with a photo scavenger hunt this week. This could be a fun family activity, or you could send kids to look on their own, hopefully giving you some much-deserved quiet time. Regardless, we hope this is something your kids enjoy doing.

Day 1. Take a photo of something that looks like the letter “L.”

If you’re looking for a challenge, look for an uppercase “L.” Otherwise, lowercase works.

Day 2. Take a photo of something that looks like the letter “O.”

Will it be a ball, a donut, a scrabble piece, or something else entirely?

Day 3. Take a photo of something that looks like the letter “V.”

Turn this one into an arts and crafts assignment; draw or paint the letter out.

Day 4. Take a photo of something that looks like the letter “E.”

This one might take a while to find, but we know it will be great!

Day 5. Take a photo of something that looks like the letter “Y.”

If you’ve been listening to Y.M.C.A., a picture mid-chorus counts.

Day 6. Take a photo of something (else) that looks like the letter “O.”

For this one, try and find the letter “O” looking only in the kitchen.

Day 7. Take a photo of something that looks like the letter “U.”

Make this one a little challenging and create a “U” out of objects around the house.
